Bowball is in private beta, so support is direct — no ticket system, just a real reply from the team building it.
Bowball runs on Android phones (Android 12 / API 31 and above), with an optional Wear OS companion app for wrist-impact catch timing. Heart rate straps need to support standard Bluetooth LE heart-rate profile (Polar H10 and Garmin straps are confirmed compatible).
Beta access is by invite while we finish on-water validation. Request access via the button on the home page or email us directly — we'll add you to the next distribution round.
Session data is queued locally and syncs when you have a network connection. If a session is still missing after your next app open with connectivity, email us the approximate date/time of the row and we'll check the sync logs.

Include your device model, Android version, and roughly when the issue happened — session timestamps help us find the right log data fast. Screenshots or screen recordings help even more.
